Student/Young Adult T&C

1. Challenge:

   1. Registration as a participant requires purchase of 1 Adventure which may be a Headline Adventure.
   2. The challenge is to get 20 adventures/activities sponsored within 20 weeks.
   3. During the challenge, every purchase of an activity shall entitle the guest to choose a freebie, such as a meal, a party evening, or other benefit at no additional cost
   4. Participation in the challenge is optional.  There are prizes for successful completion of the challenge
   5. Challenge commences when minimum 5 Participants are registered for a single trip date.
   6. When milestone of 10 adventures by 10 participants is achieved, the trip date gets confirmed and fixed for further travel arrangements
      
      

       2. Accommodation:

1. 1. For every 3 activities purchased, a free overnight stay shall be offered.
   2. All accommodations are provided on triple or quad sharing basis 
   3. Individual guests are assigned a room with own gender roommates
   4. Non-gender guests are required to form their own group of 3-4 guests prior to participation

       3. Activities/Adventures:

1. 1. The chosen activities and adventures are a wish list.  We shall endeavour to fulfil the entire wish list.   However, weather and logistics will affect availability of certain activities.  For example, if there are only one or two participants, that adventure may not be offered and guests shall be able to choose an alternative. 
   2. Participants may choose 2 Headline Adventures and 18 other Adventures and cultural activities.   After successful completion of the Challenge, Adventures may be exchanged for additional Headline Adventures at a rate of 2 Adventures in exchange for 1 Headline Adventure

       4. Cancellation:

1. 1. A participant may request a cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival.  All funds shall be refunded to the guest (less 10% handling and administration fees).  Sponsors shall be notified of such cancellation
   2. Upon request, a name change shall be permitted in lieu of a cancellation at no cost and at any time prior to arrival date
   3. No cancellation or refund is permitted within 8 weeks prior to confirmed arrival date.  Only name change is permitted during these 8 weeks.
      
      

Additional Terms for Coordinators

1. Tasks for coordinators:

   1. Assemble a group of 5 participants to register.
   2. 20 week challenge commences when 5 participants have registered
   3. During the 20 weeks, encourage more participants to register
   4. For any social events organised by coordinators, freebies shall be available to distribute to participants
   5. Interact with other participants who may fall behind in the challenge.
   6. Encourage group to reach the 10×10 milestone to get trip confirmed
   7. Encourage group to reach the 20×20 target
      
      

       2. Rewards for coordinators:

1. 1. For every 20 adventures purchased by participants within the group, Coordinator is entitled to a free Adventure.
   2. Upon achievement of the 10×10 milestone, Coordinator is entitled to a free Headline Adventure
   3. Upon achievement of the 20×20 target, Coordinator is entitled to a further Headline Adventure or other prize as announced during the challenge.  Where possible, the coordinator trip shall be free of charge upon achievement of the 20×20 goal.
      
      

Sponsor T&C

1. Purchase of an activity by a sponsor is a non-refundable cash gift to the guest/participant. Such gift is used to purchase participation in an adventure/activity
